All information provided during account registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and email address — must be accurate and truthful. jeta10 will request documentary evidence to verify this information during KYC checks prior to the first withdrawal.
Individuals who have activated a self-exclusion period on their jeta10 account are not permitted to register a new account or attempt to circumvent their exclusion. Any account opened in violation of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a third party's bKash, Nagad, or bank account, is strictly prohibited. Payment method ownership is verified during KYC review.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting as an agent for a third party when registering or using your jeta10 account. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jeta10 employee or business partner.
jeta10 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jeta10 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
